How does the process work?

1. Fill out form


Tell Us Your Story: Fill out details about yourself, your partner, and your upcoming event using our quick inquiry form.

Initial Consultation: We will check our availability and schedule a discovery call to hear all about your vision, answer your questions, and see if we are a perfect match.

2. Sign Contract


Locking It In: We formalize the agreement to clearly outline services, timelines, and deliverables, giving you total peace of mind.

Securing Your Date: Once the digital contract is signed and the retainer deposit is paid, your wedding date is officially locked into our calendar.

3. The Big Day


Before the Big Day: We hold our final consultation meeting to discuss the key, sensitive details that are most important to you. We'll share essential preparation notes to get you completely ready and ease your mind before the celebration.

On the Big Day: Our approach is simple. We seamlessly collaborate with you to capture every special moment, documenting your love story naturally and letting you focus entirely on enjoying your day.

4. Delivery


The Creative Process: Behind the scenes, we carefully select and professionally edit each photograph to ensure your memories look timeless and beautiful.

Your Forever Gallery: You will receive a private, high-resolution online gallery. From there, you can easily download your images, share them with family, and order premium prints or custom albums.
